• Published AI Agents: When you publish an agent to the marketplace, it becomes publicly visible
• Shared Content: Content you explicitly choose to share publicly

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.

• Generated Content: Stored until you delete it or close your account
• Transaction History: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
• Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized after 26 months
• Deleted Accounts: Most data deleted within 30 days, some retained for legal compliance

6.1 Access and Control

• Download Data: Export your transaction history as CSV
• Delete Content: Remove individual generations, projects, or agents

10. AI-Generated Content

Important: When you use our AI generation features:

• Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• These providers have their own privacy policies and data practices
• We recommend not including sensitive personal information in prompts
• Generated content is stored in your account and can be deleted anytime
• You retain ownership of content you create, subject to our Terms of Service

11. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for:

• Analytics: Understand how you use the platform (can opt-out)
